Both paths use the same legal dispute rights. The difference is who does the work, and what you pay.
What you can always do for free
Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, you can dispute inaccurate, incomplete or unverifiable information directly with Equifax, Experian and TransUnion at no cost. No company can do anything you are not legally allowed to do yourself. What a good service adds is a plan, well-written disputes and follow-through.
The DIY Credit Repair Kit ($150)
We review your actual credit report and build a personalized action plan, plus dispute letters for up to 3 months, with a timeline and step-by-step instructions. You mail the letters, track responses and follow the plan. It fits people who are organized, want to save money and are comfortable doing paperwork. It is billed once your kit is delivered.
Credit Repair Service ($200 first-work fee + $145/month)
RoseFAS handles the disputes, tracking and follow-up for you, and credit monitoring is included so we can see updated reports after each round. You are never billed in advance: the $200 is billed after your audit is complete and your first disputes are sent, and $145 is billed at the end of each month for work already done.
Not ready for either?
Start with a $49 Credit Report Review. It shows what is reporting, what looks inaccurate and what to work on first, without a monthly commitment.
